Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
(Valid only for products without personalization)

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods;

Only products that you have not used or have already worn can be returned.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by email to office@strass.cc). You can use the sample cancellation form from our terms and conditions for this, but this is not mandatory.

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of returning your order.

Non-existing right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal):

There is no right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal) for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications (initials embossed) or that are clearly tailored to personal needs. By purchasing, the customer agrees that personalized products cannot be exchanged.
